It reminds me of a fake poster of a Soviet Travel Office, painted in Vienna after the Moscow-led 1968 invasion of Czechoslovakia (which I saw in 1981 at the University of Cologne):

„Besuchen uns mal. Sonst wir besuchen euch.“ [Come and visit us, otherwise we come to you.]
